We are proud to welcome WNBF Myanmar to the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. WNBF Myanmar was founded in April of 2026 by President and WNBF Pro ChePeow Ooi in the city of Yangon.
A message from the President;
Competing in the WNBF has changed my life. I was introduced to the natural bodybuilding community by like minded people who share the same passion for competing and promoting truly natural bodybuilding under the WNBF banner. I have been inspired by the many presidents and organizers of WNBF shows in Asia, and I have learned so many things from these leaders in attending and supporting their events. Natural bodybuilding is yet to be brought to Myanmar which is why I am so excited for this new journey in launching WNBF Myanmar.
I wish to have a profound impact on the bodybuilding and physique community in Myanmar by educating the young and old about taking up the sport and transforming their bodies naturally with the end goal of stepping on stage. We will build a strong natural bodybuilding platform through the morals and values of the WNBF with education, health, and sustainable lifestyle practices. This is what the WNBF stands for. It is more than just physique. It’s about integrity and honor. I also appreciate the strong sense of community within the WNBF and being surrounded by like minded athletes, promoters and presidents from around the world.
I remember the first time I competed with WNBF Malaysia. Seeing all the judges and athletes from so many countries, it was truly overwhelming for me. Being able to compete in such a well produced show alongside international athletes was a very special experience and it’s one that I want to provide for athletes in Myanmar. To meet people from different countries, share the stage with amazing natural athletes, and proudly represent their country and their flag is the ultimate athlete experience that I feel only the WNBF can provide.
I would like to thank my mom for always preparing my food and giving me unconditional love through my natural bodybuilding journey over the past few years. To my wife Jess for being my biggest supporter and cheerleader in everything I do , and to Sim for encouraging me and giving me the confidence to take this new endeavor.
