Athletes From The USA Must Qualify For Worlds

*TOP 3 IN OPEN & MASTERS DIVISIONS QUALIFY

If there are 5 or more athletes in an Open or Masters class, the Top 3 will qualify.
If 3 or 4 athletes in a class, only the winner would be eligible to apply for Amateur Worlds.
If there are 1 or 2 in a class, the athlete must compete again in order to qualify for Worlds.

POSING GUIDELINES
UPDATED Bikini, Figure, & Men’s Physiques Walks

Bikini, Figure, and Men’s Physique athletes will walk/pose to house music. Fit Body competitors will execute mandatory poses to house music. Individual walks and posing will occur immediately following judges scoring.

Top 5 competitors will begin their walk as they are introduced by the emcee. Athletes will walk from stage right to stage left (as you’re facing the audience). On the right side of the stage athletes strike a 2 second right side pose. Athletes then transition to the front middle X for a front, back, and front pose. Athletes will then walk to the left side of the stage to strike a left side pose and then exit the stage. Bikini, Figure, and Men’s Physique athletes please see the diagrams below.
