What got you interested in weight training?

Originally I liked to move the body. I wanted to tighten up my body and I started training at the gym from the summer of 2015.

What got you interested in competing?

I went to see competition at 2015, and I was drawn to the charm of the competition.  So, I decided to become a figure competitor.

Was there an influential person/group that encouraged you to weight train or compete?

My coach is a former bodybuilder.  He has a wealth of knowledge about body makeup.  Even when I am going to competition, he always follows me.

Where do you currently train?

I currently workout at “THE GYM!FITNESS GYM ATHLETE” in Ehime, Japan.

How long have you been competing?

I have been competing since 2016.
In 2018, I belonged to ANNBBF in Japan.
I participated in the ANNBBF competition for the first time in July of 2018.

How many competitions have you entered?  2

What was your best placing and where?

The 2018 ANNBBF East Kyusyu Championships.  The ANNBBF is the Japanese affiliate of the WNBF

What is your most memorable moment competing so far?

Absolutely the moment I won at the 2018 ANNBBF East Kyusyu Championships.  There was a 60 second free pose.  I was very nervous with my first free pose, but I was very happy that everyone in the audience clapped and presented excitement.

What is your most surprising moment competing so far?

My most surprising moment is that the audience who did not know me shouted my name and cheered me up while I was on stage.

What was the best workout advice you received?

I received the best workout advice was that the balance between training and rest are important.

What advice about fitness, health, etc. would you like to share with our readers?

It is very important to have a good understanding of your own body, nutrition and training.  And do not know what to do more and more.
Always keep goals and dreams.

What do you like most about the ANNBBF/INBF/WNBF?

It is to ensure drug free thoroughness.

What are your 2017/2018 competition goals? Long range goals?

The goals of 2019 are to win the ANNBBF All Japan Championships.  My long range goal is to be the champion in the world.

What does being an ANNBBF competitor mean to you?

I am very proud to compete as a natural competitor in a natural world.
